Scope, Duration and Specification of Processing of Data. The scope and the detailed stipulations on the type and purpose of Contract Processing are defined in the Exhibit. Except where the DPA stipulates obligations beyond the term of the Agreement, the duration of this DPA shall be the same as the term of the Agreement.
