XXX and Employee agree that if the arbitrator(s) find any Disputed claim to be meritorious, the arbitrator(s) shall have the authority to order all forms of legal and/or equitable relief that would otherwise be available in court and that is appropriate to the claim. Any decision or award by the arbitrator(s) shall be a reasoned opinion in writing citing facts and law and shall be specific enough to permit limited judicial review if necessary.
