Common use of Scope of Authorization of Sales Tax Exemption Clause in Contracts

Scope of Authorization of Sales Tax Exemption. The Agency hereby authorizes the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Project Agreement, to act as its agent in connection with the Project for the purpose of effecting purchases and leases of certain items so that such purchases and leases are exempt from the imposition of Sales and Use Taxes. The Agency’s authorization with respect to such Sales Tax Exemption provided to the Company and its Agents pursuant to this Project Agreement shall be subject to the following limitations:

The Agency hereby authorizes the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Project Agreement, to act as its agent in connection with the Project for the purpose of effecting purchases and leases of certain items so that such purchases and leases are exempt from the imposition of Sales and Use TaxesTaxes (the "Sales Tax Exemption"). The Agency’s authorization with respect to such Sales Tax Exemption provided to the Company and its Agents pursuant to this Project Agreement shall be subject to the following limitations:

The Agency hereby authorizes the CompanyCompany and any Subagent to whom the Company has delegated its sales tax exemption agency, subject to the terms and conditions of this Project Agreement, to act as its agent in connection with the Project for the purpose of effecting purchases and leases rentals of certain items materials, equipment, goods and services relating to the acquisition, construction, installation and equipping of the Facility so that such purchases and leases are exempt from the imposition of Sales and Use Taxes. The Agency’s authorization with respect to such Sales Tax Exemption provided to the Company and its Agents any Subagents pursuant to this Project Agreement shall be subject to the following limitations:
