Common use of Scope of Collaboration Clause in Contracts

Scope of Collaboration. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Parties shall (a) cooperate in good faith to conduct their respective activities under the Agreement; and (b) establish one or more committees as described in Article 7 of this Agreement to oversee and coordinate the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of Candidates and Products in the Territory.
