Scope of Cost for Interconnection Facilities. The EDC shall bill the Customer- Generator for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning costs of EDC provided interconnection facilities and distribution upgrades contemplated by this Agreement as set forth in Attachment E, on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. The Customer-Generator shall pay each bill within 30 calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
