Common use of Scope of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Scope of Coverage. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, the provisions of this Chapter shall apply: (a) to the avoidance or settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement; or (b) wherever a Party considers that an actual or proposed measure of the other Party is or would be inconsistent with the obligations of this Agreement or cause nullification or impairment in the sense of Annex XIII.01.
