Common use of Scope of Eligible Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Scope of Eligible Expenditures. Grant funds may only be used to pay or reimburse eligible expenditures as described in Attachment A (“Federal Terms”), consistent with Ordinance 19103 and as detailed in Attachment C (“Scope of Work”). No grant funds may be used to pay or reimburse costs reimbursed under any other federal or state program.

Scope of Eligible Expenditures. Grant funds may only be used to pay or reimburse eligible expenditures as described in Attachment A (“Federal TermsTerms and Conditions”), consistent with Ordinance 19103 Resolution 070920-32 and as detailed in Attachment C (“Program Scope of Work”). No grant funds may be used to pay or reimburse costs reimbursed under any other federal or state program.

Grant funds may only be used to pay or reimburse eligible expenditures as described in Attachment A Part B (“Federal Terms”), consistent with Ordinance 19103 and as detailed in Attachment C Exhibit , (“Scope of WorkBudget Exhibit”). No grant funds may be used to pay or reimburse costs reimbursed under any other federal or state program.

Grant funds may only be used to pay or reimburse eligible expenditures as described in Attachment A the Agreement, these Federal Terms (“Federal Terms”Exhibit 1), consistent with Ordinance 19103 and as detailed in Attachment C (“Scope of Work”Work (Exhibit 2). No grant funds may be used to pay or reimburse costs reimbursed under expenditures for which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has received any other funding, whether state, federal or state programprivate in nature, for that same expense.
