Scope of Factor. covers all people related behaviour, including any form of verbal abuse and aggression from people other than immediate work colleagues; and environmental working conditions, including the risk of injury from people dirt, smells and noise resulting from both the physical environment and contact or work with people. The emphasis is on the degree of unpleasantness or discomfort encountered, which is affected by the frequency, intensity and duration of exposure to particular conditions.
