Scope of Fund Subscription Services. (a) We may (but is not obliged to) provide the Fund Subscription Services. Additional functions and services in connection with the Fund Subscription Services may be provided by us from time to time, and you agree to be bound by and to comply with any additional terms and conditions pertaining to such functions or services as we may prescribe. The Fund Subscription Services and any additional services in connection with the Fund Subscription Services shall be provided through the Fund Account and/or other client account.
