Common use of Scope of Grant Clause in Contracts

Scope of Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee for the Term (as defined herein) an exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-bearing, license to make, have made, use, provide, import, export, lease, distribute, sell, offer for sale, develop and advertise Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to develop and perform Licensed Processes in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Scope of Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee for the Term an exclusive (as defined hereinincluding with respect to Licensor) an exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-bearing, license to make, have made, use, provideoffer to sell, sell, import, export, lease, distribute, sell, offer for sale, develop and advertise distribute any Licensed Products Product and/or any Licensed Service in the Field of Use in the Territory and to develop and perform Licensed Processes in the Field of Use in under Licensor’s Patent Rights or Know-How throughout the Territory.
