Identify Check shall seek out and deliver information consistent with the service descriptions set forth on its website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/at the time of the relevant search.Client understands that it must review and consider the scope of a search before placing an order with Identify Check.Client also understands that it will not receive information from Identify Check that falls outside of a requested search, and that it will not receive information that Identify Check determines—in its sole discretion—to be unreportable under applicable law.
