Common use of Scope of License Clause in Contracts

Scope of License. Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to make, have made and sell Licensed Products in the Licensed Market throughout the world to Customers. Licensee shall not have the right to sub-license beyond the extent necessary to manufacture the Licensed Products. Licensee shall make no other use of the Trademarks.
