Common use of Scope of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Scope of Obligations. The obligations of the Company under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability that the Company may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer, director, employee, agent or other representative and to each person, if any, who controls each Underwriter within the meaning of the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section 6 shall be in addition to any liability that the Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer, director, employee, agent or other representative and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act.
