Scope of Services Included. Xxxxxxx will repair or replace any Covered Equipment returned to Xxxxxxx in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The decision of whether to repair or replace Covered Equipment (or a part thereof) or to use a new or refurbished part will be made by Xxxxxxx, in its sole discretion.
