SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between Defra and the Provider in respect of the provision of the Services by the Provider to a Contracting Body. 3.2 A Contracting Body (subject to the following provisions of this clause 3.2) may at its absolute discretion and from time to time order Services from the Provider in accordance with the ordering procedure specified in clause 6. 3.3 The Provider acknowledges that there is no obligation for any Contracting Body to purchase any Services from the Provider during the term of the Framework Agreement.
