Screen Failures 3. Neúspěšný screening Screen Failure Payment: A Screen Failure shall be defined as a Study subject who has signed an Informed Consent Form but could not be included in the Study under the inclusion/exclusion criteria or for other reasons. Screen Failures will be reimbursed the relevant Screening Visit cost and relevant additional procedures, if performed.

Neúspěšné screeningy A Screen Failure shall be defined as a Study subject who meets all of the criteria listed below: - Prior to consenting for the study, based on medical records review, the Study subject was preliminary identified as eligible (having the diagnosis of platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian cancer as required by the protocol) - The Study subject has signed the informed consent form in compliance with all applicable regulations Pojmem „Neúspěšný screening“ se označuje Subjekt hodnocení, který splňuje všechna níže uvedená kritéria: - Subjekt hodnocení udělil souhlas s účastí ve studii, a na základě záznamů v lékařské dokumentaci byl předběžně označen jako způsobilý k zařazení do studie (s diagnózou platina-rezistentního high-grade serózního karcinomu vaječníků, jak je požadováno protokolem). - Subjekt hodnocení podepsal Formulář informovaného souhlasu v souladu se všemi platnými předpisy. - Subjekt hodnocení zahájil screeningové procedury, ale nemohl být zařazen do - The Study subject has started screening procedures but could not be included in the Study under the inclusion/exclusion criteria or for other reasons Screen Failures shall be compensated in the amount of Basic Screen Failure fee (for all Screen Failures).
