Sealing. (A) Meters must be sealed, and the seals maintained at all times, in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
(B) The Generator must update the Re-Sealing Form, set out in Appendix 1, promptly each time the Meter is re-sealed. The Re-Sealing Form must be maintained for the Term.
(C) The Generator shall notify the CfD Counterparty immediately if the seal on any Facility Metering Equipment is broken or damaged or the security of the Facility Metering Equipment is otherwise compromised.
Sealing. 12.5.1 The Facility Unit Metering Installation and the System Metering Installation shall each be sealed in accordance to their respective sealing policies in the presence of duly authorised representatives of both Parties immediately after the commissioning of the relevant meter.
12.5.2 Seals shall only be broken for the purposes of inspection, testing, maintenance or adjustment of the relevant meter, and shall be immediately re-sealed after that purpose is completed, all in the presence of duly authorised representatives of both Parties.
Sealing o The shelter shall be sealed to resist dust and water infiltration. o All joints shall be sealed with a compressible resilient sealant. o There shall be no exposed roof-to-wall or wall-to-floor joints. o Exterior surfaces of walls and roof shall be sealed with two (2) coats of Thoroglaze H Sealer, or acceptable equivalent unless otherwise noted.
Sealing. Seal all longitudinal and transverse joints constructed as part of this work, as specified in Section 501.3(n). Seal all saw-cuts extending beyond the patch limits.
Sealing. Metering Equipment shall be as secure as is practicable in all the circumstances and for this purpose:-
(a) all Metering Equipment shall comply with the relevant Agreed Procedure; and
(b) the Executive Committee and the Settlement System Administrator shall regularly review Agreed Procedures for security arrangements in relation to Metering Equipment.
Sealing. Sealing is defined as the application of an approved floor sealer prior to the application of the final floor finish according to industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. Application may be by either manual or mechanized methods. Standard: When properly sealed in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendation the floor will present a uniform appearance with all evidence of splashing on baseboards and furniture/fixtures completely removed.
Sealing. All Submeters must be sealed at the moment of the Submeter commissioning test, and remain sealed for the duration of the participation of the Submetering Delivery Point to the Service. In case of need for an urgent intervention on the Submetering installation, the BSP will notify XXXX immediately. The Delivery Point will be suspended from Annex 1 until the problem is solved (by undergoing a new Submeter commissioning test if necessary). If sealing of the Submeter(s) is not technically possible, dispositions under Art. 6.5 and Art. 6.6 apply.
Sealing. Chloroprene sealant shall be applied for “all visual seam of floor and interior unweld seam”. * Butyl sealant shall be used for floor joint area, between door gasket and frame.
Sealing. The following parts must be sealed:
(a) the installation plaque, unless it is attached in such a way that it cannot be removed without the markings thereon being destroyed;
(b) the two ends of the link between the control device proper and the vehicle;
(c) the adaptor itself and the point of its insertion into the circuit;
(d) the switch mechanism for vehicles with two or more axle ratios;
(e) the links joining the adaptor and the switch mechanism to the rest of the control device;
(f) the casings required under Chapter III A 7 (b). In particular cases, further seals may be required on approval of the control device type and a note of the positioning of these seals must be made on the approval certificate. Only the seals mentioned in (b), (c) and (e) may be removed in cases of emergency; for each occasion that these seals are broken a written statement giving the reasons for such action must be prepared and made available to the competent authority.
Sealing. (a) The Metering Installation and Check Metering Installation shall be sealed in the presence of duly authorised representatives of both Parties immediately after the commissioning of the Metering Installation and Check Metering Installation.
(b) Seals shall only be broken for the purposes of inspection, testing, maintenance or adjustment in the presence of duly authorised representatives of both Parties.
