Common use of Sealing Order Clause in Contracts

Sealing Order. Vendor may, at its discretion, apply to the Court for a sealing order with respect to a report prepared by Vendor containing the financial and other confidential details of this Transaction (the "Confidential Report"), such order sealing Vendor's Confidential Report and the confidential information contained therein from the public court file for the period directed by the Court. Pursuant to the terms of such sealing order applied for by Vendor, only the judge presiding over the receivership proceedings of Quattro, Vendor, Purchaser and their respective Representatives and the secured creditors of Quattro who have executed confidentiality agreements, and subject to the terms of those confidentiality agreements, shall have access to Vendor's Confidential Report and the confidential information contained therein.
