Pre-Ordering Sample Clauses

Pre-Ordering. 2.2.1 BellSouth will provide electronic access to its OSS and the information contained therein in order that OneTone can perform the following pre-ordering functions: service address validation, telephone number selection, service and feature availability, due date information, customer record information and loop makeup information. Mechanized access is provided by electronic interfaces whose specifications for access and use are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site. The process by which BellSouth and OneTone will manage these electronic interfaces to include the development and introduction of new interfaces will be governed by the change management process as described in Section 2.7 below. OneTone shall provide to BellSouth access to customer record information, Version: 2Q05 Resale Agreement 07/21/05 including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. OneTone shall provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, OneTone shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day. 2.2.2 The Parties agree not to view, copy, or otherwise obtain access to the customer record information of any customer without that customer's permission. OneTone will obtain access to customer record information only in strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations of the state in which the service is provided. BellSouth reserves the right to audit OneTone’s access to customer record information. If a BellSouth audit of OneTone’s access to customer record information reveals that OneTone is accessing customer record information without having obtained the proper End User authorization, BellSouth upon reasonable notice to OneTone may take corrective action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating OneTone’s electronic access to BellSouth’s OSS functionality. All such information obtained through an audit shall be deemed Information covered by Section 7, Proprietary and Confidential Information in General Terms and Conditions.

MYLINETOO shall provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, MYLINETOO shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day.
Pre-Ordering. Comcast shall have the right to allow “pre-ordering” (order of any Included Program requested by a Customer prior to the Availability Date of such Included Program but no earlier than a date specified by Studio (“Pre-Order Date”)) of an encrypted file by a Customer in anticipation of a Customer Transaction over Approved Transmission Means; provided, that such file cannot be downloaded (without Studio’s approval), decrypted or otherwise viewed prior to (a) the Availability Date for such Included Program and (b) the completion of a Customer Transaction in respect thereof; provided, further, that such pre- ordering is otherwise in compliance with this Agreement.
Pre-Ordering. 33.4.1 SBC-13STATE will provide real time electronic access to pre-order functions to support CLEC’s orders. The Parties acknowledge that ordering requirements necessitate the use of current, real time pre-order information to accurately build service orders. Pre-Ordering. During pre-ordering, GTE shall provide New Edge Networks with nondiscriminatory access to the loop qualification information required by applicable FCC rules and orders including, but not limited to, the following: (a) The composition of the available loop material (including without limitation fiber optics and copper); (b) The existence, location and type of electronic or other equipment on the loop (including without limitation DLC or other remote concentration devices, feeder/distribution interfaces, bridged taps, load coils, pair gain devices, repeaters, remote switching units, range extenders, AMI T-1s in the same or adjacent binder groups, and other potential disturbers); (c) Loop length, including the segment length and location of each type of transmission media; (d) Loop length by wire gauge; and (e) The electrical parameters of the loop. GTE shall enable New Edge Networks to perform all pre-ordering functions via a real- time, electronic interface, including accessing the information available to GTE contained in all systems and databases containing loop qualification information, as soon as possible after the interface becomes available. Until such time as a real-time, electronic interface is made available to New Edge Networks by GTE, GTE shall enable New Edge Networks to perform all pre-ordering functions via a Web GUI, including accessing the information available to GTE contained in all systems and databases containing loop qualification information.

Pre-Ordering. 4.1 AT&T-21STATE will provide real time access to pre-order functions necessary to support WSP ordering of LNP. The following lists represent pre-order functions that are available to WSP so that WSP service requests may be created to comply with AT&T-21STATE region-specific ordering requirements. 4.2 Pre-ordering Functions for Wireless Number Portability include 4.2.1 Customer Service Information - CSI Inquiry 4.2.1.1 WSP shall access Pre-order data bases for the sole purpose of performing porting functions. WSP agrees that WSP will not access specified CSR information until after the WSP has obtained authorization from the End User for release of CPNI in compliance with conditions as described in Section 3.2.2 above of this Attachment. 4.2.2 Address Validation Inquiry 4.2.2.1 AT&T-21STATE provides the address validation function. 4.3 Electronic Access to Pre-Order Functions 4.3.1 AT&T-21STATE Pre-order Interface Availability: AT&T-21STATE will provide WSP access to the following interfaces: 4.3.1.1 AT&T-21STATE will provide electronic access to OSS via web-based GUIs and application- to-application interfaces. 4.3.1.2 AT&T-21STATE will provide all relevant documentation (manuals, user guides, specifications, etc.) regarding business rules and other formatting information, as well as practices and procedures, necessary to handle OSS related requests. All relevant documentation will be readily accessible via AT&T-21STATE’s Prime Access website. Documentation may be amended by AT&T-21STATE in its sole discretion from time to time. All Parties agree to abide by the procedures contained in the then-current documentation.

BellSouth reserves the right to audit Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access to customer record information. If a BellSouth audit of Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access to customer record information reveals that Cellutell Communications, Inc. is accessing customer record information without having obtained the proper End User authorization, BellSouth upon reasonable notice to Cellutell Communications, Inc. may take corrective action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s electronic access to BellSouth’s OSS functionality. All such information obtained through an audit shall be deemed Information covered by the Proprietary and Confidential Information section in the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
