Common use of Season Opening Clause in Contracts

Season Opening. The garden will open for the season on March 30, 2020. Cultivation and planting must be started by May 25, 2020. Any existing Garden Member that does not register by April 1, 2020 will forfeit their plot and it will be offered to the waiting list. Plots that have not been planted by May 25th will be forfeited and offered to the waiting list unless prior approval is granted. Plots must be tended through the time of fall clean up which will be completed no later than November 17, 2020. Please refer to the section Violation of Membership Rules.
