SEC and Other Filings; Reports to Shareholders. If the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary becomes a publicly traded company, then promptly after the same becomes publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials filed by the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary with the SEC, or with any national securities exchange, or distributed by the Parent to its equity holders generally, as the case may be.
