Documents required to be delivered pursuant to Sections 8.01(a), 8.01(b) and this 8.01(h) may be delivered electronically and if so delivered, shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date on which the Administrative Agent receives notice from the Borrower, electronically or in writing, that such documents have been posted to XXXXX (or such other free, publicly-accessible internet database that may be established and maintained by the SEC as a substitute for, or successor to, XXXXX).
