SEC and Other Filings; Reports to Shareholders. Promptly after the same become publicly available, copies of all periodic and other reports, proxy statements and other materials filed by the Borrower or any other Loan Party with the SEC, or with any national or foreign securities exchange, or distributed by the Borrower to its equityholders generally, as the case may be; provided that the timely filing with the SEC of any such materials or the posting of such documents (or providing a link thereto) on the Borrower’s or such other Loan Party’s website on the Internet at the Borrower’s or such other Loan Party’s website address will satisfy the reporting requirements of this Section 8.01(h).
