SEC and Other Related Reports. The Company will deliver to the Purchaser (and any such institutional holder), promptly upon their becoming available, copies of all registration and proxy statements and reports that the Company or the Corporation shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any successor and corresponding governmental agency, and copies of such financial statements, reports, proxy statements and returns as it, or the Corporation, shall send to its or their stockholders or to the Trustee or file with any securities exchange.
