SEC Filings; Press Releases. Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, Group shall send the Administrative Agent copies of (a) all reports which any Warnaco Entity sends to its security holders generally, (b) all reports and registration statements which any Warnaco Entity files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange, (c) all press releases, (d) all other statements concerning material changes or developments in the business of any Warnaco Entity made available by any Warnaco Entity to the public and (e) all notices of investigation or proceedings received from the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange.
