SEC Filings; Press Releases. Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, the Borrower shall send the Administrative Agent notice (and, to the extent not publicly available on the SEC’s XXXXX database, copies) of (a) all reports and registration statements that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries files with the SEC or any national or foreign securities exchange or the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., and (b) all other statements concerning material changes or developments in the business of such Loan Party made available by any Loan Party to the public. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrower’s obligations under this Section 6.4 to provide such notice and copies to the Administrative Agent may be satisfied by posting the applicable documents (or providing a link thereto) on the Borrower’s publicly available website on the Internet at the website address designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent from time to time.
