SEC Filings; Press Releases. Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, the U.S. Borrower shall send the Administrative Agent copies, electronic or otherwise, of (a) all reports that the U.S. Borrower sends to its security holders generally, (b) all reports and registration statements that the U.S. Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries files with the SEC or any national or foreign securities exchange or the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., (c) all financial and other material press releases and (d) all other statements concerning material changes or developments in the business of such Loan Party made available by any Loan Party to the public or any other creditor.
