Common use of SEC Clause in Contracts

SEC. Employees required to work at a height of one hundred seventy five (175) feet or more on towers shall be paid for the time spent at or above such height at the double time rate irrespective of the day or hour. When work is performed at such height for less than one (1) hour they shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour's pay at the double time rate.
