Voting Members. The voting members shall consist of the present members of the United Mutual Life Insurance Company and those becoming members of the American United Life Insurance Company subsequent to the effective date of the merger.
Voting Members. There shall be nine (9) elected members of the Leader- ship Council, who shall be referred to as Leadership Council Members, plus the President, President-Elect, Executive Vice President and, for a period of two (2) years following his or her presidency, a past President.

i) With respect to Governance and Development Decisions, all Parties shall be considered as Voting Members; or
ii) As regards Operational Decisions, only Operational Parties shall be considered as Voting Members. All Parties may participate in the discussions and vote for decisions of the OPSCOM in the context of the Agreement which are not Operational Decisions. Only Operational Parties may vote for Operational Decisions of OPSCOM in accordance with the Operational Procedures (it being understood that all Parties are entitled to participate in the discussions). For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing is without prejudice to the right of each Party to submit a change request in accordance with the Change Control Procedure. Only Operational Parties and the Parties having notified to the MCSC their intention of going live in the subsequent Lip Go-Live may attend the Incident Committee in accordance with the Joint XBID Procedures. The latter Parties are allowed to follow the discussions but without the possibility to participate in the discussion and the voting. Should it appear that the participation of the latter Parties lead to disruptions in the Incident Committee calls, their participation will be re-evaluated by MCSC.
Voting Members. The Community Partnership will consist of the following voting members: • A Relevant Principal Local Authority; • any other Relevant Principal Local Authority that joins the Community Partnership Agreement; • NWS; • the Chair (subject to paragraphs 7.2 - 7.4 below); and • each Community Member who has signed the Community Partnership Agreement

Voting Members. Members in “bad standing” as defined by Section 38 B of M.O.M. will not have voting rights at any meeting of the Association. Voting rights will be re-instated after all fees/fines, etc. owed to the Park, are paid. At all meetings of Members every question shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the Members present in person unless otherwise required by the By-Laws of the Association (one vote per share), or by law. Every question shall be decided in the first instance by a show of hands unless any member demands a poll. Upon a show of hands, every member having voting rights shall have one vote, and unless a poll be demanded a declaration by the Chairman that a Resolution has been carried or not carried and an entry to that effect in the minutes of the Association shall be admissible in evidence as prima facie proof of the fact without proof of the number or proportion of the votes accorded in favor of or against such Resolution. The demand for a poll may be withdrawn, but if a poll be demanded and not withdrawn the question shall be decided by a majority of votes given by Members present in person, and such poll shall be taken in such manner as the Chairman shall direct and the result of such poll shall be deemed the decision of the Members in the General or Annual Meeting upon the matter in question. In case of an equality of votes at any General or Annual Meeting, whether upon a show of hands or at a poll, the Chairman shall be entitled to a second casing vote.
Voting Members. Each voting Member of the NCTPA Board shall be an elected official of the governing board of the appointing Member Jurisdiction. One voting Member from each appointing Member Jurisdiction which is a city or town shall be that Member Jurisdiction’s mayor. Any elected official serving as the Napa County representative to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission shall be one of the voting Member’s appointed by that Member Jurisdiction. Members shall continue to serve as such until they cease to hold their elected positions, are removed in the sole discretion of their respective Member Jurisdiction, resign or are otherwise removed from or disqualified from holding their elected positions as a matter of law or by judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Voting Members. The arrangements for appointing the voting membership of the Integration Joint Board are that:- Each Party shall appoint four voting representatives. The Integration Joint Board will consider nominations for additional non-voting members in accordance with the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland Order 2014 - Article 3(8).
