Common use of Second Court Hearing Clause in Contracts

Second Court Hearing. subject to the Conditions (other than the Condition in clause 3.1(d)) being satisfied or waived in accordance with clause 3, apply to the Court for orders under section 411(4)(b) of the Corporations Act approving the APN PG Scheme and seek the Second Judicial Advice;
