Common use of Second Extended Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Second Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2020. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, from August 1, 2020, until July 31, 2025, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Second Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on August 1, 2020, and ending on July 31, 2025, shall be referred to herein as the "Second Extended Term."

Second Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on July 31, 20202022. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, from August 1, 20202022, until through July 31, 20252027 (the "Second Extended Term"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Second Third Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on August 1, 2020, and ending on July 31, 2025, shall be referred to herein as the "Second Extended Term."

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five thee (53) years, from August September 1, 20202015, until July through August 31, 20252018 (the "Second Extended Term."), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Second Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on August 1, 2020, and ending on July 31, 2025, shall be referred to herein as the "Second Extended Term."
