Common use of Second Interim Completion Certificate Clause in Contracts

Second Interim Completion Certificate. The Subdivider shall maintain and repair the Works for the Second Interim Completion Certificate a period of a minimum of two (2) years commencing on the date of the issuance by the County Engineer of the Second Interim Completion Certificate, continuing until the County shall have accepted the Second Interim Completion Certificate, by by-law, as provided in paragraph 49 (hereinafter and hereinbefore referred to as the "Warranty Period"); and the Subdivider shall repair any and all defects in the Works which shall become apparent within the Warranty Period.
