second (Liquidation Fees and Other Obligations Owing to Agents, Lenders and Funding Agents to the Agent and each Funding Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders in its related Lender Group, for application to the aggregate amount of all Liquidation Fees and all other Obligations accrued with respect to the amount of Advances prepaid on such day (other than those already provided for pursuant to this Section 2.7(C)) then due and payable by the Borrower to the Agent, such Funding Agent and such Lenders until paid in full;
