Common use of Second Meal Penalty Buyout Clause in Contracts

Second Meal Penalty Buyout. Except as provided in Article 8.07, each Employee whose work schedule extends past the start of the second meal (not counting breakfast) shall receive a meal provided by the Employer or, in lieu thereof, shall be paid $30.00 per day ($25.00 per day for Pilots) on the next regular paycheck. Meal penalties are not applicable.
