SECOND MIXEROLOGIST (SECOND BARTENDER). (a) The job duties of the Second Mixerologist (Second Bartender) shall include the mixing and serving of beverages, the preparation of all required fruit and juices. The Second Mixerologist is not obligated to take stock or keep a daily meter reading sheet. The Second Mixerologist is responsible for the general cleanliness of the bar and utensils, and general tidiness of all stations while working without a server. General cleanliness includes cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning the bar and bar fixtures, sinks, taps, all working surfaces, bottles and containers.
