Common use of Second Payment Period Clause in Contracts

Second Payment Period. The Second Payment Period shall commence on the first bi-weekly payroll date following the end of the First Payment Period and shall end on the last bi-weekly payroll date preceding the date that is eighteen (18) months following the Executive’s Separation from Service. The Company shall pay a Payment to Executive on each bi-weekly payroll date in the Second Payment Period.
