Common use of Secondary Instructional Periods Clause in Contracts

Secondary Instructional Periods. At the discretion of the District, bargaining unit members of grades 9-12 may be assigned five (5) or six (6) instructional periods. Bargaining unit members assigned six (6) instructional periods shall not be assigned a duty period. Within the confines of licensure requirements and the needs of the master schedule, six (6) period teaching assignments will be rotated among the staff.
