The Board of Managers may also choose a Chairman of the Board of Managers (who must be a Manager) and the following additional Appropriate Officers: a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Financial Officer, a Chief Operating Officer, and one or more Vice Presidents (and, in the case of each Vice President, with such descriptive title, if any, as the Board of Managers shall determine), Assistant Secretaries, Assistant Treasurers and other officers. Any number of offices may be held by the same person, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The officers of the Company need not be Members of the Company nor, except in the case of the Chairman of the Board, need such officers be Managers of the Company.
