Section 109 Housing and Urban Development Act. of 1974 (as applicable): The contractor provides that no person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part under this title.
