Section 13.4.3. 2 New employees who would not otherwise benefit from the statutory transfer of longevity 3 pursuant to RCW 28A.400.300 are credited experience at a rate of one year for every three 4 years of similar experience to a maximum incremental step placement of no greater than Step 3.
