Common use of Section 27.01 - Term of Agreement and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Section 27.01 - Term of Agreement and Renewal. The provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2018, and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2020. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing no later than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement that it desires to modify or terminate the Agreement. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall commence on a mutually agreeable date.
