Section 3 – Subcontracts. Offerors shall provide an outline of how the effort required by the RFP will be assigned for performance within the offeror’s corporate entity and among the proposed subcontractors. The information provided for the prime offeror and each proposed major subcontractor must include the entire company name, company address, CAGE Code, DUNS Number and type of work to be performed by citing the applicable Government PWS subparagraph number. This includes all subcontractors who will be providing services or whose subcontract is for more than 30% of the total proposed price. This section will further include written consent of major subcontractors to allow the disclosure of their subcontractor’s past performance information to the offeror. In addition, letters of commitment shall be included for all major subcontractors.

Section 3 – Subcontracts. Offerors shall provide a description of how the effort required by the RFP will be assigned for performance within the offeror’s corporate entity and among the proposed major and other subcontractors. This description shall include an estimate of the total contract value that the prime and all major subcontractors are expected to perform. The information provided for the prime Offeror and each proposed major subcontractor must include the entire company name, company address, CAGE Code, DUNS Number and type of work to be performed under this contract by citing the applicable Government PWS paragraph number. This includes all subcontractors whose subcontract is for more than 10% of the total proposed cost/price (Major Subcontractor).

  • Assignment/Subcontracts a. Contractor shall not assign, sell, transfer, subcontract or sublet rights, or delegate responsibilities under this Master Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of the Lead State.

  • Subcontracts and Staff 4.1 The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all work on this Contract. The Contractor shall ensure and provide assurances to the Department or Customer upon request, that any subcontractor(s) or Staff provided under this Contract has the necessary qualifications and abilities to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor must provide the Customer with the names of Staff considered for work on a purchase order issued under this Contract. The Customer shall retain the right to reject any Staff whose qualifications or performance, in the Customer’s exclusive judgment, is insufficient.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS 12.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not assign his interest in this contract nor sublet nor subcontract any portion of the work. The CONTRACTOR agrees to bind every subcontractor approved by the OWNER to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The CONTRACTOR agrees that he is fully responsible to the OWNER for the acts and omissions of his subcontractor, as CONTRACTOR is for the acts and omissions of himself and of persons directly employed by him.

  • Assignments and Subcontracts Seller shall not assign or subcontract this Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder without the prior written consent of NETAPP. NETAPP may from time to time assign this Agreement or any rights, obligations, or benefits hereunder to its related, affiliated, or successor corporations.

  • Subcontracts The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1.) through (4.) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. The prime contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with the clauses set forth in paragraphs (1.) through (4.) of this section.

  • Agreement with Subcontracts Vendor agrees that it shall have written agreement(s) that are consistent with the provisions hereof related to Work Product and Intellectual Property Rights with any employees, agents, consultants, contractors or subcontractors providing Services or Work Product pursuant to the Contract, prior to their providing such Services or Work Product, and that it shall maintain such written agreements at all times during performance of this Contract, which are sufficient to support all performance and grants of rights by Vendor. Copies of such agreements shall be provided to the Customer promptly upon request.

  • DELEGATION, ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS A. CONTRACTOR may not delegate the obligations hereunder, either in whole or in part, without prior written consent of COUNTY. CONTRACTOR shall provide written notification of CONTRACTOR’s intent to delegate the obligations hereunder, either in whole or part, to ADMINISTRATOR not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of the delegation. Any attempted assignment or delegation in derogation of this paragraph shall be void.

Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.
