Section 3.01. - General. In the interest of maintaining an efficient system of production in the Industry, providing for an orderly procedure of referral of applicants for employment, preserving the legitimate interest of the employees in their employment status within the area and of eliminating discrimination in employment because of membership or non-membership in the Union, the parties hereto agree to the following system of referral of applicants for employment.
Section 3.01. - General. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Debentures may be redeemed as of any redemption date that occurs before March 30, 2012. The Company may, at its option, redeem the Debentures, in whole or in part, as of any redemption date that occurs on or after March 30, 2012, subject to prior consultation with the FRB and compliance with Article III of this Indenture, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Debentures to be redeemed.
Section 3.01. - General. NGB shall reimburse the Grantee for all activities and costs that are allowable, allocable and reasonable in the performance of this MCA.
