Section 3.4. Non-Discrimination. 7 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 8 agreement on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, marital status, 9 honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation including gender expression or 10 identity, the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or 11 service animal by a person with a disability which does not interfere with the performance of duties or 12 endanger the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.
Section 3.4. Non-Discrimination. 12 The District and Association shall provide equal opportunity and treatment for all employees without 13 discrimination based on race, religion, creed, national origin, age, honorably discharged veteran or 14 military status, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, marital status, the presence of 15 any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a 16 person with a disability. This applies to all personnel actions including recruitment, hiring, training, 17 transfer, promotion and demotion, layoff and recall, compensation and benefits, discipline, termination 18 and all other conditions or privileges of employment.

Non-Discrimination. 44 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 45 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, families with children, sex, marital status, 46 sexual orientation, age, or the presence of a sensory, mental, or physical disability or the use of a 47 trained guide dog or service animal by a disabled person sex, race, creed, religion, color, national 48 origin, age, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, disability, or 49 the use of a trained dog guide or service animal.
Section 3.4. Non-Discrimination. Employer and the Union are committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity. All staff 3 members will be treated fairly at all times and without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national 4 origin, military or marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political ideology, genetic 5 information or disability, and any other basis protected by local, state, or federal law.
