Section 5.4. 20 Volunteers and public work crews shall not be used in a way that infringes on an employee's normal 21 duties or working hours. If trustees are contracted to do a job outside the scope of an employee's 22 normal duties, those employees will be contacted to see if this work can be incorporated into their 23 work schedule. If that's not possible and the employees want additional work, an agreement may be 24 worked out between the District and the employee, provided such an agreement does not cost the 25 District more than the use of the trustees.
