Attendance Guidelines. 43 The following guidelines are to be used to guide District administrators in addressing excessive 44 absences from the workplace. 46 • Concerns regarding an employee having excessive absences through the abuse of the 47 leave provisions in the collective bargaining agreement should be dealt with through the 48 negotiated Just Cause disciplinary procedures. If an employee has five or more unpaid, 1 sick, or family leave absences within any three month period the administrator may 2 require a meeting to address attendance concerns.
