Section 7.9.2. 1 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of one and 2 one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay if this exceeds forty (40) hours.

Section 7.9.2. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day shall be compensated at the rate of one 3 and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate. Any bus driver driving extra trips 4 and going over the eight (8) hour day would not receive overtime rates. Any part-time 5 employee going over the eight (8) hour day would not receive overtime rates unless they go 6 over forty (40) hours in the week.
Section 7.9.2. 2 Compensatory time in lieu of overtime is authorized under the following conditions:
4 A. Compensatory time shall be computed at the rate of one and one-half (1½) hours 5 compensatory time for each one (1) hour worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any 6 one (1) workweek.
7 B. No employee may be compelled to take compensatory time in lieu of overtime pay.
8 C. The District shall not be required to grant requests for compensatory time in lieu of 9 overtime pay.
10 D. Compensatory time may be accumulated in accordance with the provisions of the Fair 11 Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Section 7.9.2. 21 Other custodians with an unrestricted boiler license will receive five dollars ($5.00) per month 22 additional.
Section 7.9.2. 26 Call back outside the normal working hours will be for a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the 27 appropriate rate as defined in this Agreement. Employees called back outside the normal 28 workweek shall be paid one and one-half (1½) their normal base rate for hours worked, unless 29 otherwise specified in this Agreement. 33 A R T I C L E V I I I 35 HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS 36
Section 7.9.2. 36 When more than one (1) van is needed to transport students to the same event, one (1) of the 37 vans will be driven by a current bargaining unit driver. 38 39 Section 7.10. Trip Compensation. 40 41 A. Overnight trips: 42 43 Drivers will receive regular pay for actual duty hours worked with overtime pay for duty hours 44 exceeding forty (40) hours per week. Duty hours include drive time and standby time at the 45 event. Standby time is the time that a driver is expected to be available as determined by the 46 person(s) in charge of the trip. This does not include sleep time before or after the end of the 47 day that the driver is informed that they are off duty.
Section 7.9.2. 44 Employees scheduled to work two hundred twenty-three (223) work days or more shall receive 45 all twelve (12) paid holidays specified in Section 7.9.
Section 7.9.2. 45 Temporary night leads will be filled by a worker at the school site, by seniority on the shift 46 involved. Any substitutes will be used to fill the position vacated by the employee temporarily 47 filling the lead position. 48
