Trip Compensation. 40 41 A. Overnight trips: 42 43 Drivers will receive regular pay for actual duty hours worked with overtime pay for duty hours 44 exceeding forty (40) hours per week. Duty hours include drive time and standby time at the 45 event. Standby time is the time that a driver is expected to be available as determined by the 46 person(s) in charge of the trip. This does not include sleep time before or after the end of the 47 day that the driver is informed that they are off duty.
