Common use of Section 504 Clause in Contracts

Section 504. The Subrecipient agrees to comply with all Federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794), which prohibits discrimination against the individuals with disabilities or handicaps in any Federally assisted program. The Grantee shall provide the Subrecipient with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Agreement.

Section 504. The Subrecipient SUBRECIPIENT agrees to comply with all Federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794), which prohibits discrimination against the individuals with disabilities or handicaps in any Federally assisted program. The Grantee CITY shall provide the Subrecipient SUBRECIPIENT with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Agreement.

The Subrecipient Subawardee agrees to comply with all Federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794), which prohibits discrimination against the individuals with disabilities or handicaps in any Federally assisted program. The Grantee Subrecipient shall provide the Subrecipient Subawardee with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Agreement.

Section 504.
