Approved Plan. The Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out pursuant to the Grantee’s specifications an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966. The Grantee shall provide Affirmative Action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program for approval prior to the award of funds.
Approved Plan. The Recipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966.This Executive order applies to all federally assisted construction contracts and subcontracts. It provides that no person shall be discriminated against on the basis of race. The Recipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program to the grantee for approval.
Approved Plan. An applicant must agree to pursue a plan approved by the committee 11 which leads to certification in a shortage area identified by the Superintendent unless 12 otherwise approved.

The City shall provide affirmative action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an affirmative action program for approval prior to the award of Funds.
Approved Plan. Subrecipient agrees to implement the Affirmative Action Plan, included as Exhibit D to this Agreement. This plan is in keeping with the President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965 (as initially adopted and amended to its current version.) Upon request, City shall provide Subrecipient with additional Affirmative Action guidelines to assist in the formulation of such a program.
Approved Plan. The SUBRECIPIENT agrees that it shall be committed to carry out its activities pursuant to the COUNTY's specifications and to the Affirmative Action program in keeping with principles as provided in the President's Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended. Such information shall be made available to the CDBG Program Administrator for review upon request.

Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Orders 11375, 11478, 12086 and 12107 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity programs; and implementing regulations at 41 CFR Part 60.

The Business Applicant and contractors shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program, a Work Force Needs Statement and an Affirmative Action Plan for Small Business to the City for approval prior to the award of funds.
