SECTION 612 Reports by Trustee. Within 60 days after April 15 of each year commencing with the first May 15 after the first issuance of Securities pursuant to this Indenture, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Holders of Securities as provided in Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c) a brief report dated as of such April 15 if required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a).
